The term my younger sister used to describe this movie was “recycled.”

Her word choice fits this movie perfectly. No scene nor character in this movie was original. Hayden Panettiere(Beth Cooper) played the misunderstood, popular cheerleader. Paul Rust(Dennis Cooverman) played the stereotypical loser and Jack Carpenter(Rich Munsch) played his homosexual best friend.

In the movie, valedictorian Dennis Cooverman professes his love for Beth Cooper as well as his opinion of his fellow peers in his graduation speech. This god-awful speech somehow convinces Beth and her two best friends to stop by Cooverman household for the “party” Dennis was hosting (But quite honestly, five people hardly count as a party.
